All of our staff are interviewed prior to employment. Before the interview, their past employers will be called to see if they are “re-hireable“ or “not re-hireable.”
If they are re-hireable and the interview went well, then we proceed with the hiring process. All staff are required to have a “valid“ fingerprint card, have a cleared background check, and must be verified to work in the US. All staff fingerprint cards are checked monthly.
All staff are required to sign our following policies (if they refuse to sign then the job is no longer available to them):
- No cellphone/smart watch policy (we don’t allow in the classrooms)
- Calling out policy
- No call No show policy
- Late for work policy
- Drug/alcohol free policy
Meet the Owner/Director:
Angel Brady
Angel is an Army veteran who has been working in child care for 13 years. Originally from Louisiana, she has a passion for cooking, loves anime, books/comics, and playing video games. She resides in Vail with her husband of 9 years, 3 sons (Ezra, Ezekiel, and Emmanuel), 3 dogs, bearded dragon, sand boa, 2 goats, 4 sheep, and 26 chickens.

Sarina Martinez-Estrada
Sarina has been working in child care for 5 years. Born and raised here in Arizona, she loves spiderman, movies, and sports. She resides in Tucson with her husband of 6 years and 2 dogs.
Meet the Office Manager:
Shae Nobles
Shae has been working in child care for 21 years. Originally from Nebraska, she loves her pit bulls, enjoying time with her husband, and LOVES football. She resides in Tucson with her husband of 17 years, 3 sons (Marquice, Kimani, and Amare), and 3 pits.
